📦 How to assemble RollBox XS?

1. Unfold the wrap – lay it on a flat surface with a designated place for the product (e.g. book).
2. Place the product – place the book or other flat object in the middle of the wrap. Align the edges of the product with the fold lines.
3. Fold the sides – lift the shorter flaps so that they adhere to the sides of the product. Then wrap the longer panel around the object, folding along the creases.
4. Peel off the adhesive strip – remove the protective strip and press the flap to glue the wrap.
5. Done! – Your shipment is safe and aesthetically pleasing, and the customer will open it easily thanks to the built-in tear strip.

🎨 How to prepare a print design?

In the Attachments section, you will find PDF files with the wrap grid in the form of a template. You can download them and apply your design to them. Here are the key guidelines:

• 🖼️ File format: vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred.
• 🎨 Color mode: CMYK, to achieve color consistency with the print.
• 🖊️ Resolution: 300 dpi for raster elements.
• ✂️ Bleeds and safety margins: leave about 2–3 mm bleed and a 5 mm margin from the cut and crease lines.
• 🔤 Texts in curves: all fonts should be converted to curves (Outlines).
