  1. Delivery of goods is limited to EU Countries and is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
  2. Delivery costs are indicated when placing an order in the shopping cart.
  3. Free delivery applies to orders with delivery to countries: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Slovakia, Denmark, Italy, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Finland, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Spain, Slovenia, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg
  4. The condition for free delivery is placing an order above gross value: 400 PLN / 100 EUR / 2333.33 KCZ / 746 DDK / 1130 SEK / 38825 HUF / 500 RON

  5. Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out via:

    • Polish Post
    • Courier companies: DHL, DPD, Hellmann, Raben, Spedimex or GEIS
    • Own transport
  6. We carry out personal pick-ups of ordered goods from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 15.30, except for Polish public holidays. Warehouse address:

  7. Personal collection is possible after payment of the order and receipt of an email confirming that the order is ready for personal collection.
