Thanks to a partnership with the Biedronka supermarket chain, the locker network quickly expanded to store car parks nationwide. These decisive moves let Polish Post compete head-to-head with other logistics operators, offering modern solutions for parcel drop-off and collection.

The lockers aren’t just available 24/7—they also boast a touchscreen, a card/BLIK payment terminal, and accessibility features such as a Braille keypad and voice prompts. Messages on the screens appear in four languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English and German, making the system friendlier for a wide range of users.

Pocztex lockers offer three compartment sizes:

• A (S) – 8 × 38 × 64 cm
• B (M) – 19 × 38 × 64 cm
• C (L) – 41 × 38 × 64 cm
