    95% of shipments are shipped the next business day after the order is placed. This applies to standard courier shipments.

  3. Are parcels insured?

    Yes, all shipments are insured up to the value according to the order.

  4. I was not at home during the delivery attempt, what should I do?

    If the courier does not find you at home, you will find all the information about the status of the delivery in the delivery tracking link: whether another delivery attempt will be made, whether the package was delivered to a neighbor or whether it is waiting to be picked up at a designated facility. Procedures for handling vary from courier company to courier company, but you will always receive an appropriate SMS and/or email notification.
