The FixBox FB400 insert is a cardboard frame with an elastic film attached that immobilises and "suspends" the product inside the box. The product never touches the carton walls – it is held by the taut film, so shocks and drops are cushioned and the contents stay in place. FixBox is a shipping system made of two matched parts: the film insert and the SendBox carton. 🧩 What is the insert made of?

FixBox is a simple yet well-thought-out design made of two elements – cardboard and a film insert:

• Cardboard element: a rigid part made of brown 3-ply corrugated board (B-flute) that gives the insert its shape and form. You fold it around the product, and it holds everything in place and keeps the film taut.
• Insert with elastic retention film (approx. 20 µm): a transparent, stretchy film stretched over the cardboard. It wraps around the product and tightens around it, "suspending" it so that it does not touch the carton walls.

You lay the product on the film, fold the cardboard frame – the film tightens and immobilises the item. You slide the whole thing into the matching carton, where the insert stays firmly in place. No foams, no loose fillers, no tape.
