🎯 What they suit – and what they don't?

Air pillows work best for filling large, empty spaces in boxes and protecting products with a shape close to a square or cuboid. Let's be honest about the limits: because of their structure they are not recommended for wrapping round and very delicate items or for filling small spaces – paper or foam works better there. Matched to the right uses, though, they are one of the cheapest and fastest ways to fill parcels.

🔧 How does it work?

You load the film roll onto an air void-fill machine (Air Filling System). The machine fills the film with air and seals it into a chain of pillows – you make exactly as much as you need, on the spot at your station. You drop the finished pillows into the box around the product, filling the empty space and immobilising the contents.
