ActivaAir Light BP4000 is an advanced machine for the production of air cushions, combining a modern, compact design with exceptional functionality. Developed as a result of intensive research and development work, the BP4000 has been designed with maximum ease of use and flexibility in application in mind. With a performance level of up to 15 meters per minute, it works perfectly in both medium and large companies.
The machine allows the production of both air cushions and mats, making it a versatile tool for packing. The BP4000 is characterized by a compact design weighing only 4 kg, which allows for easy movement of the equipment between different packing stations depending on current needs. Thanks to the possibility of using film with a thickness from 18 to 40 microns and a large roll length (700 m for cushions and 450 m for mats), the machine guarantees high performance and work efficiency.
