A wider delaminated bridge and flexible arms easily embrace 10 - 20 mm material, and a fully closed-cell PE foam disperses shock energy like a dense network of micro air cushions. A one-meter section weighs only ≈ 8 g, so it does not increase freight costs. The blue color increases the visibility of the profile during packing and upon receipt of goods, facilitating quality control.

What is a PE foam protective profile?

"U" shaped foam profile is created in the process of extrusion of foamed polyethylene (EPE/LDPE). The "U 10-20" variant has a wider working gap, therefore it clasps on the edges of panels with a thickness of 10 - 20 mm. The construction ensures three key functions:
