Packing more and more, and making void fill by hand is starting to slow you down? PA2000 takes that job off your hands. You load fanfold paper, press the foot pedal – and the machine feeds soft, paper void fill straight into the carton by itself. Your hands stay free for packing, the pace goes up, and you keep packing in 100% paper that is kind to the environment. It is a semi-automatic system for stations that have already outgrown the “by hand” stage and need more output.

• Hands free thanks to the pedal: you feed the void fill with your foot and arrange it in the parcel with your hands straight away – you pack faster and more comfortably.
• High output: the machine produces void fill at up to 85 m/min, so it keeps up even with a run of parcels one after another.

🔧 How does it work in practice?

You load the fanfold paper into the machine and press the foot pedal. The PA2000 forms springy, crumpled void fill from the flat paper and feeds it itself – you only tear off the length you need along the perforation and drop it into the carton or wrap it around the product. Simple, fast and repeatable across the whole shift.

📄 What paper do you use in the PA2000?

The heart of the solution is single-ply fanfold paper – no film, 100% paper. This is what sets it apart:

• Eco through and through: 100% recycled, biodegradable and fully fit for reprocessing. The customer drops it into the wastepaper recycling.
• Cushions and immobilises: the crumpled strip fills the empty spaces, dampens shocks and stops the contents shifting in transit.
• Clean and convenient: the paper does not shed dust and does not build up static like film – the station stays tidy.

🎯 Who is the PA2000 for – and when is the manual version enough?

Let’s be honest: this is kit for medium and higher volumes – where pace and taking the strain off your hands matter. It is worth knowing, though, that:

• It needs power and space: it requires a 200–230 V socket and a bit of room at the station – this is not a “put it anywhere” device.
• It makes sense with more parcels: with just a few shipments a day its power will go unused.

Packing little or need full mobility without cables? Then the manual FillPak M dispenser will be a better fit – the same eco-paper, no power, for lower volume.

• GreenLine 70 g paper void fill – Fanfold 380 mm × 360 mb – thicker paper for heavier and larger parcels.
