🔧 How does it work in practice?

You slide the fanfold paper under the dispenser and pull the strip through the unit. The paper crumples and gains volume – a flat sheet becomes a soft, springy “cushion”. You tear off exactly as much as you need along the perforation and drop it into the carton or wrap it around a delicate product. The whole cycle takes seconds, and the workstation stays clean and tidy.

📄 What paper do you use in the FillPak M?

The heart of the whole solution is ordinary, single-ply fanfold paper – no film, no plastics, 100% paper. This is what sets it apart:

• Eco at the source: the paper is recycled and FSC-certified, so the raw material comes from responsible sources. After unpacking, the customer simply drops it into the wastepaper recycling.
• Match the weight to the parcel: lighter 50 g paper goes further per metre and is great for light shipments; thicker 70 g paper gives stronger cushioning for heavier and larger products.
• Cushions and immobilises: the crumpled strip fills the empty spaces, dampens shocks and stops the contents shifting in transit.
• Clean and convenient: the paper does not shed dust, does not build up static like film and does not scatter across the whole warehouse – it stays where you put it.

🎯 Who is the FillPak M for – and when is a machine the better choice?

Let’s be honest: a manual solution has its strengths, but also its limits. The FillPak M is a bullseye for low and medium volumes – a few, a dozen or a few dozen parcels a day, where simplicity, zero energy costs and eco-paper matter most. It is worth knowing, though, that:

• The pace depends on you: the void fill is made by hand, so with really large parcel volumes the work becomes more labour-intensive and slower than on a machine.
