You press a button – the machine wets the adhesive itself, measures the preset length and cuts a ready strip straight into your hand. You apply it to the carton, and the plant-based adhesive soaks into the fibres of the board and, once dry, becomes an integral part of it. The result: a durable, tamper-evident and 100% paper closure for your parcel – with no plastic tape.

• A ready strip at one push of a button: the colour-coded buttons trigger preset lengths – always exactly as much tape as a given carton size needs, with no guesswork.
• Strong, lasting adhesion: the water tank activates the glue right before you apply it, so the tape bonds permanently to the carton – it won't come off in the heat or in the cold.
• Tamper protection: any attempt to open the carton leaves a visible mark on the tape – it works like a tamper-evident seal.

🔧 How does it work in practice?

You load the roll of tape, set the strip length you need and press the button. The NK4000 pulls the tape through the water tank (wetting the adhesive layer), measures the strip and cuts it evenly. All you do is stick it onto the carton and press down – the water-activated glue soaks into the structure of the board and becomes one with it. Simple, fast and repeatable throughout the whole shift.

• A bond that can't be faked: the adhesive soaks into the fibres of the carton – once dry, the tape becomes part of it, not just a layer stuck on top.
• Shipment security: any tampering with the tape shows immediately – it's harder to open a parcel unnoticed.

🎯 Who is the NK4000 for – and when is a manual one enough?

Let's be honest: this is a dispenser for medium and higher volumes – where pace, repeatability and shipment security matter. It's worth knowing, though, that:

• It needs power and space: it requires a 200–230 V socket and a permanent spot on the workstation – it's not a "put it anywhere" device.
• It makes sense with more parcels: with just a few shipments a day its power won't be put to use.

Packing less, or want to start without a power supply? Then a manual GT1 water-activated tape dispenser is the better choice – the same eco-tape, manual operation, for lower volumes.
