🔗 16 mm wire buckles for PP strapping – fast joining of strap ends

Strapping parcels and pallets with 16 mm polypropylene strapping? 16 mm wire buckles are metal clips made of steel wire that join the ends of PP strap – you thread both layers of strap through them and clamp them with a tool. Versatile: they work with PP and PET strapping, in manual and machine strapping.

🔧 How to close the strap?

Tension the strap around the load, thread both layers of strap through the openings of the wire buckle and clamp it with a tensioner. The wire locks the strap and holds the tension – the joint stays secure in transit.

🌟 Why wire buckles?

• Versatility: they work with PP and PET strapping, in manual strapping and in semi-automatic machines.
• Secure joint: the steel wire holds the tensioned strap and does not release under shocks.
• Simple application: quick threading and clamping – convenient for manual strapping.
• Economical bulk pack: a ready supply for everyday strapping.

📦 Application

Strapping pallets, bulk cartons, bundles of profiles, boards or pipes – in warehouses, production and dispatch areas, wherever loads are secured with PP or PET strapping.

🔗 Build a complete strapping system

The buckle is one of the components of PP strapping – the set only works as a complete kit. Choose the rest in the same width (16 mm):

• PP strapping – the strap itself, which you use to bind the load; choose the same width as the buckle.
• tensioner for PP strapping – the tool that tensions the strap and clamps the buckle onto it.
• dispenser cart for PP strapping – convenient unwinding of strap at the strapping station, without tangling or bending the coil.

Match the width of the strap, buckles and tool consistently (13/16/19 mm) so that everything fits together. Need a complete kit to start? Use the PRO form.
