🖥️ How to prepare a file for printing?
- 📄 PDF/A4 format - export from a graphics program or Word at 100% scale.
- 📊 Avery 3652 / 3×7 template - make sure that the fields correspond to the labels.
- ↔️ Safe margin 1-2 mm - do not place important elements at the edge.
- 🖼️ Graphics resolution ≥ 300 dpi; black barcodes on a white background for easy scanning.
- 🖋️ No full-bleed border - leave a white background or a frame set back from the edge.
- 🧾 Test print - first on a regular sheet, then on a sheet of labels.
