🧪 What is it made of?

The bin is moulded from recycled polypropylene – a tough material resistant to impact, oils and most chemicals, rated for operation from −20°C to +80°C. Square corners, smooth inner walls and a flat base maximise usable volume and make cleaning easy, while the recycled material reduces your warehouse's environmental footprint. The manufacturer (BITO) covers the bin with a 5-year BITO QUALITY warranty; an ESD version for electronics zones is available to order.

RK bins work as a system: lined up on shelves, they turn an ordinary rack into a transparent small-parts store where every article has a labelled location. Use them to organise an order-picking zone, a line-side buffer in assembly or a compact service parts store. Stacking lets you place bins outside the rack as well – on a workbench or trolley – and the series spans sizes from 300 to 600 mm, so you can match the depth to your shelves and build one consistent layout across the whole warehouse.

⚖️ Load capacity and stacking

The maximum product load per bin is 6 kg (load rating per EN 13117). Thanks to the stacking rim the bins stack securely – the bottom bin carries a stack of up to 18 kg, including with the lid fitted. An empty bin weighs just 0.56 kg.
