GreenLine is a fanfold, single-layer paper filler (weight 70 g/m²) in the color of natural kraft. A roll with a length of 350 m and a width of 381 mm provides over 133 m² of material, which in a FillPak dispenser immediately transforms into elastic "3D caterpillars", filling the free space in the box and immobilizing the goods. The paper is made 100% from post-consumer recyclate, has an FSC certificate and is fully biodegradable - zero plastic, zero ROP fees!

📦 What is GreenLine paper filler?

This is a flat folded fanfold paper that expands after going through the FillPak head, creating voluminous, cushioning bands. Thanks to perforation every approx. 19 cm, you can easily tear it off - without scissors and tape.

📜 What is PCR – post-consumer recycled paper?

PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) refers to a raw material recovered from waste generated by end users - e.g. newspapers, cartons and leaflets, which after use went to the paper bin. Unlike PIR (Post-Industrial Recycled), which comes from production waste, PCR closes the full paper cycle "from consumer → recycling → new product".
