Ten millimeters of resilient polyethylene foam in each wall builds a solid safety buffer around the corners of your product. The Cut-Corner 100/10 model protects edges up to 60 mm wide and moves the goods away from the cardboard walls by 10 mm - enough to absorb typical impacts on the sorter or forklift. The external height of 75 mm fits most industrial crates and pallets, and a single corner weighs only ≈ 5 g, so it does not increase the weight of the shipment. 🧩 What is the Cut-Corner protective corner?

The Cut-Corner Edge is an "L" shaped foam profile that covers two planes of the product and the very tip of the corner. The cavity of 60 × 60 × 60 mm snugly wraps the edge, while the 10-millimeter walls absorb shock energy. A special cut (cut) slightly "closes" the profile at the corner, preventing the cover from sliding off even during long journeys.

The LDPE granulate with foaming gas is extruded into a continuous "L" profile 100 mm.
