"U 20-35" is the widest profile in the Boxmarket offer, designed to protect elements with a large thickness - 20 - 35 mm. Closed-cell PE foam acts like a dense network of micro-air cushions, absorbing shocks and eliminating edge chipping. What is a PE foam protective profile?

A "U" shaped foam profile is created during the extrusion process of foamed polyethylene (EPE/LDPE). The "U 20-35" version has an expanded working slot, which automatically clamps onto edges with a thickness of 20 – 35 mm and provides three key functions:
