"Honeycomb" paper construction – hexagonal core cells + precisely matched testliner layers – creates a light but exceptionally stiff panel resistant to crushing and impacts. Despite its 20 mm thickness, the sheet is over 10 × lighter than a pine board, and after use, it goes directly into the waste paper stream. The 600 × 400 × 20 mm format will work as a divider, spacer, and cushioning "nest" for heavier or sensitive products.

🍯 What exactly is a "honeycomb" structured sheet?

Honeycomb sheet is created in three steps:

1. Core expansion – strips of kraft paper are alternately glued with water starch adhesive, rolled into a block, and then "stretched", creating a rigid network of hexagons with a height of 20 mm.
2. Face laminating – on both sides of the core, faces of testliner (durable recycled paper) are applied, which transfer tensile and compressive stresses like belts of a double T-beam.
3. Cutting to size – the finished sheet is cut with a laser or band knife to a size of 600 × 400 mm; tolerance ± 1 mm.
