• 🖼️ File format: vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are best.
• 🎨 Color mode: CMYK, to maintain color consistency with print.
• 🖊️ Resolution: 300 dpi in raster elements.
• ✂️ Bleeds and safety margins: leave approx. 2–3 mm bleed and 5 mm margin from the cutting and scoring lines.
• 🔤 Text in curves: convert all fonts to curves (Outlines).

• Size B Letter - because the thickness of 50 mm exceeds 20 mm, F11 qualifies as size B, which still allows for favorable letter prices for larger shipments (the sum of dimensions 460 mm and the longest side 250 mm are in norm).
• eCommerce Package - 60 mm thickness limit met, so it's a cheap and convenient solution for e-stores.
• Postal package (size A) - 600×500×300 mm is a much larger dimension than 160×50×250 mm, which translates into lower shipping costs.

🇩🇪 Deutsche Post / DHL

• Maxibrief (up to 35.3×25×5 cm) - F11 (16×25×5 cm in orientation) fits perfectly within the 5 cm thickness limit, providing a cheaper letter option (up to 1 kg).
• Warenpost / DHL eCommerce - in the e-commerce area also up to 5 cm thickness, so F11 easily qualifies.

• Domestic and international packages - a dimension of 50 mm thickness is not a problem in standard PostNL package formats.
