📦 How to assemble the RollBox XS?

1. Unfold the wrap – lay it flat, with a designated place for the product (e.g. book).
2. Place the product – put the book or other flat item in the middle of the wrap. Align the edges of the product with the fold lines.
3. Fold the sides – lift the shorter wings so that they adhere to the sides of the product. Then wrap the longer panel around the item, folding along the creases.
4. Peel off the adhesive strip – remove the protective strip and press the wing to glue the wrap.
5. Done! – Your shipment is safe and aesthetic, and the customer will open it easily thanks to the built-in tear strip.

Tip: To add transport documents (waybill, invoice), it's worth using so-called courier pouches 📬. These practical, self-adhesive foil pockets speed up addressing and protect documents from damage. Thanks to them, your packing process will become even more efficient!

🎨 How to prepare the design for print?

In the Attachments section, you will find PDF files with the wrap grid in the form of a template. You can download them and apply your design. Here are the key guidelines:

• 🖼️ File format: vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred.
• 🎨 Color mode: CMYK, to achieve color consistency with the print.
• 🖊️ Resolution: 300 dpi for raster elements.
• ✂️ Bleeds and safety margins: leave approx. 2–3 mm bleed and 5 mm margin from the cutting and creasing lines.
• 🔤 Texts in curves: all fonts should be converted to curves (Outlines).
