  1. Prepare the cardboard: Make sure the box is filled and its flaps are properly folded.
  2. Apply the tape: Apply the beginning of the tape to the middle of the upper slit (where the flaps meet). Then, holding the roll, pull the tape along the joint, maintaining slight tension for even adhesion.
  3. ✂️ Cut the tape: When you have sealed the entire slit, cut the tape - use a knife or a dispenser with a knife. Leave about 5 cm of tape on both sides for good adherence to the sides of the box.
  4. Press and check: Press the tape along its entire length, especially at the ends. Make sure the tape is firmly attached and does not protrude anywhere - the package is ready to ship!

Instructions for preparing the graphic file

To ensure that your tape with a logo is printed correctly, prepare the file according to the following guidelines:

  • File format: vector graphics (AI, EPS or PDF). We do not accept bitmap files (.jpg, .png, .gif) - the logo must be prepared in curves.
  • Color scheme: CMYK mode, 1-color project (without gradients). Set the project background to white (tape color) or transparent, depending on the tape color.
  • Resolution: 300 dpi for all raster elements - images with lower resolution (below 150 dpi) may lose quality after printing.
  • Project dimensions: height 48 mm (tape width), length of single pattern module adjust to needs (e.g. 300 mm). The designed module will be repeated along the entire length of the roll.
  • Margins and bleed: maintain ~3 mm margin from the top and bottom edge of the project so that no important element is cut off. Add 2 mm bleed if the background or graphic elements are to reach the edges of the project.
  • Typography: convert text to curves (conversion of text to objects) to avoid problems with fonts. Avoid very small elements - the minimum line thickness is about 1 mm, and the recommended minimum font size is 10 pt for readability.
  • Pattern repeatability: make sure the pattern repeats smoothly. Arrange graphic elements at equal intervals - it is best to prepare one module that will be duplicated many times on the tape during printing.

  • Size limit: maximum 10 MB per e-mail message. Send larger files via a data transfer service (e.g. WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive) and provide us with a download link.
