In the Attachments section, you will find PDF files with a box grid - this is your template for creating your own graphic design. Here's what to pay attention to:

• 🖼️ File format: preferably vector (AI, EPS, PDF).
• 🎨 Color mode: CMYK, to maintain color consistency between the monitor and the printout.
• 🖊️ Resolution: for raster elements we recommend 300 dpi.
• ✂️ Bleeds and safety margins: leave 2-3 mm bleed and 5 mm margin from the cutting and scoring lines.
• 🔤 Fonts in curves: convert fonts to paths (Outlines) to avoid printing errors.

Flatbox F03 (250×20×350 mm) offers a larger surface than standard small boxes, while maintaining only 20 mm thickness. Check which shipping services you can use it with:

📮 Polish Post

• Size A parcel - unfortunately, the length of 350 mm and width of 250 mm exceed the limit of 325×230 mm, so F03 does not qualify as size A.
• Size B parcel - F03 meets the requirements in terms of the sum of dimensions (250+20+350 = 620 mm) and the maximum side, so you can send it as a size B parcel at a favorable price.
• eCommerce Parcel - a thickness limit of 60 mm is not a problem, and the larger cardboard surface will prove useful in e-commerce.
• Postal package (size A) - 600×500×300 mm is a large reserve for F03 (350×250×20 mm), which translates into lower shipping costs.

• Großbrief (up to 35.3×25×2 cm) - 350×250×20 mm fits within the limit (353×250×20 mm), so you can send F03 as a Großbrief up to 500 g.
• Maxibrief (up to 35.3×25×5 cm) - in case of slightly heavier content or other requirements, F03 will also do.
• Warenpost / DHL eCommerce - a great choice for e-sales up to 5 cm thick. F03 meets these criteria 100%.
• DHL Päckchen / Paket - the box has a large reserve to the maximum package dimensions, which will save you from paying for a larger size.

🇳🇱 PostNL

• Brievenbuspakje+ (limit 38×26.5×3.2 cm) - F03 (350×250×20 mm) easily fits below 380×265×32 mm, enabling direct delivery to the mailbox.
• Packages (domestic and international) - F03 dimensions are significantly smaller than standard PostNL package limits, which allows to maintain favorable rates.

📦 InPost Parcel Lockers

• Size A (8×38×64 cm) - 20 mm thickness is definitely less than 80 mm, and dimensions 350×250 also fit within 38×64 cm. You are guaranteed the lowest price in Parcel Lockers!
• Higher sizes (B, C) will also accommodate F03, but there is no point in paying extra for a larger locker, as the box fits in A.
